We are a private school in Timisoara area, part of the  Acton Academy Network, a  worldwide learner-driven community founded in 2009 in Texas, USA. We combine elements of the Montessori method with Socratic guiding, hands-on experiential quests and interactive technology.

At Acton, we have mixed-aged classrooms called Studios with a self-paced, self-directed learning design as opposed to grade-levels. Each Studio has around 15 learners and we call our teachers Guides, because they are the facilitators of learning.
